Responsibilities
- Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods, etc) as well as with company policies and procedures
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Collect and verify delivery instructions
- Report defects, accidents, or violations
- Fuel, Toll and Truck maintenance expenses

How long is the orientation?
The amount of time required for mentoring and training may vary based on factors such as your knowledge, experience, and individual circumstances. It could range from 3-4 days to several weeks. Our priority is to ensure a safe and beneficial experience for all parties involved, therefore, we aim to provide the best possible mentoring and training.

What is your Hometime?
Minimum 2 weeks OTR, than 4 days home, or 3 weeks OTR – 1 week home.

Do you work with touch freight?
No. At Midpoint Logistics we work with 100% NO TOUCH freight. Moreover, we do not practice forced loads and dispatch. You’ll always be the one who decides what load is yours.

Do you require experience?
Yes, we do require a valid CDL class A and at least 6 months of experience.

We have more than 1000 trailers available. You’re free to choose what is best for you!
